You don't come to class unprepared, and we don't send you on tour without your bases covered. That’s why we build comprehensive safety policies to give you peace of mind, as well as ensure that no matter what time zone you’re in, there is a caffeinated EF team waiting by the phone to assist you in an emergency.

To ensure that EF and our travellers contribute positively and sustainably, we've established guidelines to foster a responsible travel mindset—from supporting local communities, promoting animal welfare, to protecting the environment.
