Parental Authorization Form
Some countries (such as Belize, Brazil, Peru and South Africa) require that travellers under the age of 18 present a Parental Authorization Form at the airport, indicating that the participant has permission to travel with the group. A parent or guardian must complete the form and have it notarized no earlier than 30 days prior to departure. Travellers must take this Parental Authorization Form on tour. Please do not send it to EF. If you're unsure whether your tour requires this form, please contact us.
