Welcome to the world of EF Tours! We can’t wait to partner with you in creating an unforgettable travel experience for you and your students. Let’s walk through how we can make your class’s dream tour happen, together.

Step 1

Explore possibilities

Which tour program feels right for your students? How long should it be, where should it take them, and what kind of activities would they love? You can browse our tour collection to find answers to all of these, or flip through the latest edition of our catalogue —we would also love to chat, if phone conversation is more your speed 1-800-387-1460.

Step 2

Talk to your trip expert

Once you’ve got a sense of what you want to do on your tour (and where), we'll pair you up with a dedicated Tour Consultant—they will be your copilot from day one. They’re great all-around resources for you: they can handle anything from itinerary info, pricing options, school board rules that need to be accounted for, along with the initial booking process.

Step 3

Team up to bring in travellers

The campaign starts here—we’ve got eye-catching enrolment posters, detailed itineraries, and tons of other tools ready to get your students on board. Alongside your Tour Consultant, you’ll get expert advice on everything from promoting the tour to relaying info to parents in a clear, captivating way. Together, let's inspire your students to take that fateful leap into the experience of their lives.

Guiding parents

Every student should have the ability to travel, which is why we've developed resources to help parents understand how the booking process works as well as manage the cost of a tour. From interest-free payment plans, to scholarship fund programs, to proven fundraising techniques, we have tons of tools ready to go.

Step 4

Cover your bases

Here, one of our Customer Success Specialists joins your team—together, you’ll make sure everyone in your group is ready with up-to-date passports, along with a list of anything they may need to bring on tour (Sunscreen? Rain jacket? Cash for souvenirs?). They also have the deep knowledge to address any special requests you might have (dietary restrictions, special accommodations, etc.).

Step 5

Prepare for adventure

Now, we set up a call with your Tour Director, who will meet you at the airport and be by your side for the entire tour. They’ll have plenty of advice and great tips that only a local would know. This is also when the last meeting of the tour group takes place, where you and your Tour Consultant go over everything with the parents and students one last time to make sure everyone feels ready.

Step 6

GO

All of your hard work pays off here—enjoy your tour, and when you get back, please let us know how we did on Trustpilot. Stories of how our tours change students’ lives, and feedback on how we can make these experiences even more memorable, are invaluable to us.

Learning to lead a tour—together

Once your students have started enrolling, first-time teacher travellers are welcomed into the EF family through our Orientation & Development Program. Whether you join us on an Experiential Training Tour (in destinations like Paris, Barcelona, Lisbon, or Montreal), attend a hands-on local workshop, or log on to a comprehensive webinar, every option will give you the confidence to handle any situation you encounter on tour.
